Marketing Your Team
Background
Perception plays a big part when a client is in a position to move their business
service needs and will be impressed with individuals who enthuse about their firm
and their working environment.
Your people play a big part in making or breaking a company and they can also
make or brake your brand; they are the most important marketing tools for the
business. Every individual across your organisation represents the brand - the
brand is the context being a consistent personal promise to deliver a high quality
service, give real insight when relevant and added value at every opportunity
to your clients.
The skills to plan opportunities and deliver effectively when it matters are
an important part to a businesses relationship with current and potential clients.
When you clearly show you can plan, prepare and communicate effectively opportunities
for meetings and relationship building will increase. Allowing for 'chance' meetings,
appointments and organised network events to be more effective.
